This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• We are looking for a professional with solid experience in using SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console, who can communicate complex search optimization concepts clearly and accessibly;
• The ideal candidate should be proactive, self-taught, and capable of structuring and executing action plans independently;
• We value individuals with both analytical and creative thinking, who can solve challenges strategically;
• A continuous interest in learning and professional development is essential, along with curiosity about other areas of the company and their relationship with SEO;
• Having a broad perspective on both technical aspects and business impact is a plus, always prioritizing scalable and efficient solutions;
• Management and development of team members;
• Monitoring and managing KPIs;
• Building relationships with clients and team members;
• Data analysis;
• Creating and adapting communication and strategies.
• Proficiency in Office Suite and Google Workspace: Advanced knowledge and handling of key tools, including document formatting and presentations, as well as complex formulas and operations in spreadsheets.
• Effective communication: Skills in communication and application of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in daily work.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with others to complete tasks, sharing responsibilities and aligning efforts to reach final solutions.
• Organization: Time management to accomplish tasks and personal organization of necessary files and documents for work execution.
• Creativity and Proactivity: Being proactive regarding assigned tasks, investing in self-development, and actively promoting knowledge sharing with team members;
• Mastery of the standard Portuguese language;
• Knowledge of Content Marketing and SEO tools: SEMRush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console;
• Analytical vision and logical reasoning;
• Familiarity with G Suite: Google Docs, Presentation, Sheets, and Drive.
