This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage the DataDocks scheduling portal.
• Assess all pending appointments to ensure accuracy.
• Detect and highlight potential duplicate appointments.
• Enforce appointment protocols and guarantee a minimum two-hour interval between floor-load appointments.
• Cancel appointments that do not meet minimum requirements.
• Keep precise notes for all modifications to appointments.
• Act as the main point of contact for carriers and brokers.
• Assist carriers who are new to DataDocks with the onboarding process.
• Address inquiries regarding appointment status and scheduling options.
• Gather necessary shipment information when it is incomplete.
• Execute bulk ASN/PO uploads to DataDocks.
• Update and maintain inbound receiving hours and daily capacity limits.
• Review exception requests from merchants and carriers.
• Produce and distribute the weekly Appointment Product Summary Report to the Transportation team.
• Ensure effective communication with warehouse operations teams for coordination.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in freight coordination, dock scheduling, transportation logistics, or a similar supply chain position.
• Proficient in scheduling or transportation management platforms; experience with DataDocks or comparable appointment scheduling tools is highly preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally and efficiently with carriers, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management, bulk uploads, and reporting activities.
• Strong attention to detail with the capability to spot discrepancies in shipment data (ASNs, pallet counts, carton counts, BOLs).
• Ability to handle multiple priorities concurrently in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
• Comfortable using Slack and email as primary communication tools among distributed teams.
• Preferred: Experience in a 3PL (third-party logistics) or fulfillment center setting.
• Knowledge of inbound freight processes including BOLs, ASNs, palletized vs. floor-loaded shipments, and carrier/broker workflows.
• Experience with Metabase or similar data/reporting tools for data extraction.
• Bilingual communication skills (English required; additional languages are a plus for carrier interactions).
