This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Provide inbound customer service focused on sales by identifying customer needs, addressing inquiries, executing procedures, and promoting products and/or services.
• The agent will assess customer requirements and deliver a practical, objective solution in alignment with product and/or service protocols;
• Engage in the sale of products and services;
• Perform specific technical tasks: Call center operations for promoting telecommunications voice or data services or products, managing service packages for residential or mobile phone lines, data packages, broadband, and fiber services;
• Utilize systems to document interactions and implement service procedures.
• Must be at least 18 years old;
• Completion of high school diploma (secondary education);
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills;
• Proficient in negotiation and argumentation;
• Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency;
• Must be available for training and capable of working from home (Home Office);
• Must have access to a desktop computer for use during the training phase;
• Ideally reside near the Atento Ribeirão Preto location.
