This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Respond to incoming calls and handle patient inquiries in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
• Confirm patient insurance details, personal information, and co-payment obligations.
• Arrange and modify patient appointments utilizing the client scheduling software.
• Provide precise information to patients regarding the healthcare services available.
• Accurately capture and update patient information with attention to detail.
• Keep comprehensive and current records of appointments, patient requirements, and preferences.
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.
• Outstanding English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• A polished, professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.
• Strong work ethic and dedication to providing excellent service.
• Quick learner with robust problem-solving capabilities.
• Critical thinker able to interpret information accurately and make informed decisions.

• Previous experience in customer service or call centers is a plus.
• Familiarity with US healthcare insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid, is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
