Inbound Contact Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Responding to inquiries related to marketing actions

• Comparing energy rates and assisting in contract signings

• Addressing general market questions within the energy sector

• Assisting customers who are relocating

• Calculating rates for new addresses

• Updating customer information and ensuring proper contract transfers

• Proactively making outbound calls when customer data is repeatedly incomplete

• Advising potential new customers via online chat and email

• Assisting with price calculations and commercial conversions

• Accurately processing contracts in the system

• Following up with customers who have not fully completed their online contracts

⛳️ Requirements

• You speak and write perfect Dutch OR French at a native level (without a heavy accent)

• You understand and read English at a communicative level for internal email correspondence

• You have at least a secondary education diploma

• You are computer-savvy and work with one streamlined system

• You are an active listener who recognizes sales opportunities

• You work in an organized and precise manner

• You are empathetic, proactive, and highly motivated

• Experience in a contact center is a plus, but not a strict requirement

• Must be residing in Greece
