Inbound Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming guest calls from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm.

• Engage in brief discussions regarding travel dates, special occasions, and the number of guests.

• Seamlessly transfer callers to an available booking specialist.

• Schedule calls on a specialist’s calendar for either the same day or the following day.

• Return calls received after hours each morning.

• Maintain the monthly missed-call rate at or below 12%.

• Direct guests to the appropriate booking specialist for Bolt Farm Treehouse’s luxurious romantic retreats.

• Possess a warm, friendly, and composed telephone demeanor.

• Exhibit a service-first attitude.

• Maintain reliable and consistent availability.

• Demonstrate the ability to stay calm during busy periods and accurately route calls.

• Be comfortable using a computer-based phone system, CRM, and calendar applications.

• Have a quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed internet for taking calls throughout the day.

• Ability to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm, in a local time zone aligned with coverage needs.

• Previous experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, front desk, call center, or scheduling is advantageous.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States or indicate if employment visa sponsorship will be necessary.
