This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

⛳️ Requirements

• Team members are expected to adhere to all production and effort-based guidelines while embodying Hilton Grand Vacations values and providing exceptional customer service.

• Exhibit self-motivation with a "One Team" approach, capable of working both independently and collaboratively with key partners throughout the organization.

• Maintain a professional appearance and engage actively in all scheduled sales meetings and training sessions conducted via platforms such as Microsoft Teams Meetings.

• Must possess basic technical skills to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

• Sales experience is required.

• An active state real estate license is necessary (if required in the state of residence).

• Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN).
