⛳️ Requirements

• Team members must adhere to all production and effort-based guidelines while upholding Hilton Grand Vacations values and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Exhibit self-motivation with a "One Team" mindset, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organization.

• Maintain a professional appearance and engage in all scheduled sales meetings and training sessions conducted through platforms such as Microsoft Teams Meetings.

• Must possess basic technical skills to navigate applications such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Sales experience is required.

• An active state real estate license is necessary (if mandated in the state of residence).

• Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AZ, FL, GA, TN, MI, NV, MO, NC, NS, TX, VA, WI).
