This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Identifying job opportunities within the Washington, DC area as well as internationally.

• Engaging in high-volume sourcing and interviewing while exercising sound judgment.

• Conducting thorough candidate evaluations, including spotting gaps and potential concerns.

• Demonstrating the capability to prioritize tasks and work independently without needing direction.

• Maintaining a consistent and organized management of the candidate pipeline and follow-up activities.

• Communicating clearly and making informed decisions under pressure.

• Recognizing the significance of roles to the organization—not merely filling vacancies.
