This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Serve as an enthusiastic and professional representative of Hilton Grand Vacations.
• Function as a concierge by providing local insights to enhance the guest experience.
• Work in collaboration with resort staff to obtain arrival sheets for incoming guests.
• Reach out to potential customers, encouraging them to participate in a sales preview tour.
• Evaluate and qualify prospective customers in accordance with company standards.
• Arrange sales-tour bookings and gather necessary deposits.
• Engage with prospective customers, encouraging their attendance at a sales presentation while adhering to company policies, compliance regulations, and performance objectives.
• Participate in scheduled training sessions and departmental meetings, keeping informed about marketing materials, industry trends, and regularly reviewing performance targets.
• Previous experience in timeshare sales or marketing is essential, and meeting production targets is mandatory.
