• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in software development, programming, system integration, or automation.

• Proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js, PHP, Java, or C#.

• Experience with APIs, webhooks, databases, and integrations with third-party systems.

• Basic knowledge of AI tools, automation platforms, or chatbot/voicebot systems.

• Capable of analyzing business processes and transforming them into technical workflows.

• Strong skills in problem-solving and debugging.

• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
