This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Design and develop tools, workflows, and system integrations powered by AI.

• Assist in the creation of Voice AI solutions for after-hours services, intake, scheduling, and reception.

• Establish and maintain API integrations between AI technologies and business systems.

• Develop automation scripts and internal tools to enhance operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with operations and leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Configure, test, and refine AI call flows, prompts, routing rules, and escalation procedures.

• Address and resolve issues associated with AI workflows, automation, and integrations.

• Ensure technical documentation and process guides are well-maintained.

• Assist in pilot testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of AI projects.

• Confirm that the solutions developed are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in software development, programming, system integration, or automation.

• Proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js, PHP, Java, or C#.

• Experience with APIs, webhooks, databases, and integrations with third-party systems.

• Basic knowledge of AI tools, automation platforms, or chatbot/voicebot systems.

• Capable of analyzing business processes and transforming them into technical workflows.

• Strong skills in problem-solving and debugging.

• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Workflows that are HIPAA-conscious.

• Comprehensive technical documentation.

• Assistance with pilot testing and deployment.
