This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Conduct health evaluations within patients' homes

• Interact and connect with patients in their residences

• Travel up to 100% within a specified coverage region

• Perform virtual consultations as necessary

• Offer Diagnostic & Preventive Services products

• Possess an active, unrestricted license in the relevant coverage area

• Capable of acquiring and maintaining multi-state licenses as necessary in the coverage area
