In-Home Health Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Conduct health evaluations within clients' homes, ensuring comfort and familiarity.

• Establish trustworthy relationships aimed at promoting better health outcomes.

• Facilitate virtual consultations as necessary.

• Deliver a full range of Signify Health services, including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active, unrestricted license(s) in the designated coverage area(s).

• Board certification is mandatory.

• Multi-state licenses are considered a plus.

• Must be available to serve the primary locations, particularly Binghamton, NY.
