• Take ownership of end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular status updates, managing expectations, and proactively addressing risks and issues.
• Lead discovery sessions to comprehend client workflows and success criteria, translating these needs into a detailed implementation plan.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to configure and validate ECFX Notice according to client specifications.
• Organize and conduct client onboarding and training sessions to promote adoption and independence.
• Keep precise project documentation (requirements, decisions, plans, and status) to ensure alignment and continuity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and suggest appropriate add-on products in collaboration with the Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Foster continuous improvement by pinpointing process gaps, standardizing best practices, and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Relay implementation progress internally and proactively escalate risks to guarantee a seamless client experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).
• Over 5 years of project management experience, preferably in delivering SaaS implementations (experience in legal tech is advantageous).
• Familiarity with the legal technology ecosystem; knowledge of docketing and document management systems (DMS) is preferred.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, capable of building trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Capacity to convert complex requirements into clear plans, milestones, and actionable steps.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, demonstrating strong documentation practices.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments; proactive problem-solver with good judgment.
• Customer-centric mindset with a history of providing high-quality client experiences.
• Familiarity with implementation/project tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet), documentation tools (e.g., Confluence), and CRM platforms (Hubspot) is preferred.
