Implementation Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and implement Performance Verifications, End User Training, and Go Live Support for various implementation cases.

• Efficiently complete administrative duties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in updating project notes, milestone dates in Summit, and expense reporting.

• Recognize customer needs and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders within accounts.

• Clearly articulate the advantages of point-of-care testing.

• Showcase key product features and conduct engaging product demonstrations.

• Collaborate with lead IPMs to ensure the successful implementation and verification of Abbott's products in healthcare settings.

• Engage with essential personnel to optimize customer processes and enhance patient care.

• Manage multiple tasks across various geographies.

• Provide effective solutions and contingency plans.

• Work autonomously as well as a part of a team.

• Present confidently to senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Medical Technology, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, or a related discipline.

• Alternatively, an Associate degree accompanied by relevant experience.

• 3 to 4 years of experience in the industry.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks across different locations.

• Strong skills in organization, planning, and prioritization.

• Ability to deliver solutions and contingency plans effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM.

• Willingness to travel 75% of the time, including overnight stays.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Ability to build professional customer relationships and exhibit appropriate behavior.

• Driven by both personal and team success.

• Ability to communicate information clearly and succinctly.

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities.

• Confident when presenting to upper management.

• Familiarity with Emergency Departments, Free Standing Emergency Departments, and Urgent Care Centers is preferred.
