Implementation Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the onboarding and training process for new dispensary clients launching on the Dutchie platform.

• Assist clients in configuration, best practices, and foundational knowledge across all primary products.

• Oversee white-label mobile application submissions and releases via App Store Connect and Google Play Console, including managing any rejections and suspensions.

• Simplify complex technical concepts into straightforward, actionable steps for non-technical users.

• Administer project timelines and client records using Salesforce.

• Work collaboratively with Sales, Support, and Customer Success Management (CSM) to proactively address potential issues before they escalate.

• Gather client feedback and trends to guide product development efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing technical position—such as SaaS implementation, POS, account management, or solutions engineering.

• Excellent communication skills: articulate, empathetic, and professional across phone, email, and video interactions.

• Highly organized and adaptable—able to manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously.

• Comfortable navigating developer portals (App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Firebase) without requiring coding skills.

• Quick to learn and adapt to new platforms and industries.

• Team-oriented while also capable of independently managing tasks.

• AI Mindset: You leverage AI not just for emails, but also to automate intricate workflows and explore innovative methodologies to enhance efficiency beyond traditional teams.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous; experience in the cannabis industry or with METRC/BioTrack is a plus.

• Willingness to travel within the United States.
