Implementation Specialist – Travel Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee all facets of implementation projects, which include project initiation, software setup, launch, and training, while adhering to project timelines.

• Serve as the primary contact for customers prior to their go-live, managing all communications, including weekly check-in meetings via Zoom, ad hoc meetings, emails, and more.

• Handle multiple implementation projects simultaneously, each with varying priorities and deadlines for different clients.

• Collaborate as a consultative partner with customers to ensure engagement and offer guidance on best practices tailored to their workflows and internal processes.

• Act as a conduit between the customer, wholesalers, and our internal Clinical, Product, and Development teams to support the technical setup of the software.

• Keep project plans, tickets, and other documentation current to ensure project timelines are monitored and transparent to leadership.

• Travel to customer locations to aid in the deployment of new KitCheck hardware and software, engage with key stakeholders, and represent the company professionally in front of clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Preferred 1+ years of relevant work experience.

• Preferred 1-2 years of experience in project management and/or client interactions.

• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.

• Capability to adapt to changes, think on your feet, and work autonomously.

• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving results.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to cultivate trusting, communicative, and results-driven relationships with customers.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in Excel and SQL is a plus.

• Previous experience with EMRs/ADCs such as EPIC and Cerner or Omnicell and Pyxis software is advantageous.

• Willingness and capability to travel within the US for up to 75% of the time.
