This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Take charge of customer implementation projects from Kick-Off to Go-Live, guaranteeing the efficient execution of all tasks, adherence to timelines, achievement of project goals, and surpassing of expectations.

• Develop and uphold detailed project documentation, including project plans, status updates, and user manuals, to promote transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate with clients to grasp their unique requirements and objectives, effectively translating them into suitable product configurations.

• Provide training to customers on software utilization, including best practices and optimization of workflows.

• Build and sustain strong, effective relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation journey.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve project milestones.

• Ensure a seamless transition from implementation to Customer Success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree - Nursing Informatics degree is a plus.

• Over 2 years of experience in software implementation.

• Previous experience in a healthcare or health IT setting is strongly preferred.
