Implementation Specialist – Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the Censis SaaS product suite, which includes CensiTrac, LoanerLink, ScopeTrac, and CensiTrac Analytics Modules.

• Formulate implementation strategies while identifying and assessing installation issues.

• Educate clients on all features and advantages of Censis products.

• Conduct demonstrations and training sessions at client locations and through virtual platforms.

• Complete training checklists, daily reports, and implementation documentation.

• Engage in software upgrade training sessions.

• Detect installation issues, software bugs, and necessary software modifications for the Product Development team.

• Aid in the installation and removal of hardware during operational readiness validations.

• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the implementation training process.

• Contribute to required project tasks and offer internal departmental support.

• Maintain expertise in hardware installation and troubleshooting for PCs, printers, label printers, scanners, PDAs, and related equipment.

• Actively learn new features related to Censis products.

• Develop container definitions with meticulous attention to detail.

• Utilize electrochemical and laser marking technologies to mark, identify, and commission instruments.

• Prepare and convert customer count-sheet data for upload using Adobe, Word, and Excel.

• Pursue CCSVP certification if not already certified as a sterile processing professional.

• Availability to work weekend or overnight shifts as necessary.

• Travel to various facilities weekly from Monday to Friday, with travel requirements up to 75%.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Preferred: certification in sterile processing.

• Preferred: experience with system implementation in healthcare settings.

• Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in sterile processing or healthcare, with knowledge of surgical instrument nomenclature.

• Preferred: familiarity with Salesforce and/or other project management software.

• Capability to physically lift up to 25 lbs when assisting with hardware installation.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%, including weekly visits to different facilities from Monday to Friday.

• If not already certified as a sterile processing professional, readiness to work towards CCSVP certification.
