Implementation Specialist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide instructor-led training both on-site and virtually throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Conduct role-specific training tailored for stakeholders in dealership service departments.

• Ensure that training materials are relevant, engaging, and aligned with dealership workflows and business objectives.

• Record all training activities in Salesforce.com.

• Obtain support from dealership leadership regarding new processes and technologies.

• Assist in the transition of customers to post-implementation Service Suite support teams.

• Guide customers on best practices and revenue-enhancing features to foster adoption and long-term value.

• Relay customer feedback and suggestions for improvement to internal teams.

• Participate in the development of training materials and curriculum, including presentations, quick-reference guides, and instructional videos.

• Collaborate with Performance Managers and Sales teams to identify and recommend additional Service Suite solutions based on customer requirements.

• Flexibility to adapt in rapidly changing environments.

• Sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Previous experience in an automotive service department.

• Background in software implementation or customer onboarding.

• Knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS).

• Familiarity with Service Suite products from either an internal or end-user standpoint.

• Experience with Salesforce.
