This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee configuration and issue tickets, collaborating with customers, third-party vendors, and internal teams to ensure timelines are met.
• Support Technical Consultants in gathering requirements effectively.
• Collaborate with customers to collect configuration data from external vendors.
• Engage in meetings with customers and third-party vendors.
• Execute software configuration and customizations to prepare the customer’s testing environment for testing, training, and launch activities.
• Conduct functional and integration testing.
• Monitor and report on project configuration and testing progress, escalating issues as necessary.
• Investigate and resolve configuration and usability inquiries from end users.
• Become a subject matter expert in at least three Alkami products and vendor integrations.
• Stay updated on product knowledge as new enhancements and functionalities are introduced in the application.
• Promote a culture that prioritizes ticket performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members on internal projects to enhance team performance, encourage growth, and help achieve departmental and company objectives.
• Document necessary changes and provide feedback to the documentation owner.
• Relay configuration and testing feedback to upstream teams to enhance the product and implementation process.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Over 3 years of experience in implementing cloud-based systems.
• 2-5 years of experience working with external clients, including written, telephonic, and in-person interactions.
• More than 2 years of experience in writing test cases and advising clients on best practices for software testing.
• Capability to triage and troubleshoot software configurations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• General understanding of software delivery processes and a strong desire to learn and advance into more complex roles.
• Proficient in using Google or Microsoft Office productivity tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or similar applications.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail in all job aspects.
