Implementation Specialist, I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Supports clients through the planning, development, training, and implementation of ImageTrend products.

• Develops and oversees implementation schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and requirements while collaborating with stakeholders throughout the implementation process.

• Documents all implementation requirements, objectives, challenges, and delays accurately, including time spent on implementation tickets.

• Assists in project scoping to support the creation of proposals and contracts.

• Contributes to the ongoing management of departmental OneNote, internal demo sites, and other internal resources.

• Builds and sustains strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor by offering knowledgeable, reliable, and professional guidance regarding our solutions.

• Delivers onsite and virtual training sessions for clients and presents or instructs at the Annual Connect Conference and other relevant tradeshows, conferences, or meetings.

• Collaborates effectively with other customer success teams or departments as necessary to ensure alignment across all teams, promoting a positive client experience.

• Reviews and provides recommendations on updates to instructional and technical documentation to enhance clarity, accuracy, accessibility, and usability, improving internal and external documentation, product requirements, release notes, screenshots, diagrams, and screencast videos.

• Travels to orientations, industry or corporate events, or other onsite meetings as needed.

• Performs additional tasks or duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

• Experience in implementation, project delivery, and/or adult education, ideally including agile/scrum experience, PMP certification, and knowledge of technology or industries related to healthcare or public safety.

• Familiarity with state and national EMS and Fire reporting standards.

• Understanding of fundamental concepts in adult education and effective content delivery.

• Knowledge of implementation or project management tools utilized for educational delivery and project rollout.

• Preferred familiarity with ImageTrend products and functions, or other related technologies within the industry.

• Ability to define, scope, estimate work, and monitor implementation tasks to ensure successful project completion, along with an understanding of standardized data collection methods.

• Excellent presentation, facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong time management and organizational skills, with a keen sense of accountability for meeting critical deadlines.

• High attention to detail, along with analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.

• Capacity to be a proactive self-starter and work independently in a highly collaborative and team-oriented setting.

• Strong technical aptitude for learning new technologies or systems, and proficiency in MS Office Suite or comparable tools.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling proprietary information.

• Passion for learning and expanding knowledge or skills.

• Strong work ethic characterized by integrity, honesty, collaboration, and a team-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
