Implementation Specialist – Health Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact between Adoreal and the clinic throughout the onboarding process.

• Assist in the migration of data from the clinic’s current systems in collaboration with technical teams.

• Organize and structure clinic data to conform to Adoreal’s analytics framework and standards.

• Aid in the implementation and configuration of Adoreal’s EMR and CRM systems.

• Oversee project timelines and monitor key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.

• Coordinate activities across internal teams (technical, CRM, training) and clinic stakeholders.

• Identify possible risks, provide status updates, and efficiently resolve issues.

• Offer training and onboarding assistance to clinic staff to ensure a smooth transition to the new systems.

• Create and distribute onboarding documentation, training guides, and resource materials.

• Track post-go-live adoption and address ongoing support requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in healthcare onboarding, software implementation, or project coordination.

• Practical experience with EMR systems and CRM platforms in a healthcare or clinical environment.

• Proven track record of managing multiple onboarding or implementation projects successfully.

• Extensive knowledge of healthcare workflows, including patient intake, documentation, billing, scheduling, and compliance.

• Experience training clinical and administrative staff on new systems.

• Ensure that implementations comply with legal and regulatory requirements, particularly in data handling and access control.
