Implementation Specialist – FR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding process of new clients on Base., from initial kick-off through to operational launch.

• Configure and tailor Base. to meet client specifications, encompassing:

• - product workflows (management, enrichment, publishing),

• - order workflows (business rules, automations, synchronizations).

• Design and execute customized solutions with a strong emphasis on intricate system architecture and advanced configurations.

• Exhibit a robust technical aptitude and the ability to comprehend and structure complex systems (basic coding knowledge is advantageous).

• Assist in establishing external integrations (ERP, PIM, CMS, marketplaces, carriers, payment solutions…), which includes:

• - data exchange setup,

• - business mappings,

• - integration testing and functional validation.

• Provide ongoing support to clients, serving as the technical and functional point of contact throughout the project and post-deployment.

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to facilitate the technical sales process.

• Engage with Product and Tech teams to communicate client requirements and contribute to the advancement of Base.

• Document, enhance, and standardize implementation procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with E-commerce / ERP / logistics / SaaS environments.

• Extensive experience and proficiency in system integration.

• Strong technical mindset with the capability to design and comprehend complex architectures (coding knowledge is a plus).

• Experience in project management (scoping, coordination, follow-up).

• Comprehensive project management skills: scoping, execution, development, deployment.

• Comfortable in a client-facing capacity, possessing strong communication and teaching skills.

• Willingness and capability to work directly with clients on-site (including travel to client offices and warehouses for system setup).

• Solution-oriented attitude, pragmatic, and able to swiftly identify paths to resolution.
