This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement client projects following WEX's established frameworks.
• Lead cross-departmental collaboration, coordinating with Sales, Client Support Services, Operations, Claims, Integration Analysts, and Participant Services.
• Offer expert advice and insights, serving as the client's advocate to promote essential process enhancements.
• Review implementation documentation to ensure the accuracy and completeness of plan configurations.
• Maintain documentation regarding scope and associated risks, proactively addressing potential project disruptions.
• Build and sustain strategic relationships with consultants, brokers, and employers.
• Promote ongoing process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and maximize client value.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• At least three years of relevant industry experience or an equivalent background.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with the OnBase document management system (preferred).
• Proven ability to navigate and utilize various technological platforms.
• Significant experience in client-facing roles, showcasing exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in escalation management with a dedication to achieving outstanding client satisfaction.
