Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding process for HSA and spending account products, assisting clients with plan design and setup.

• Facilitate training sessions and offer consultative support throughout the implementation process.

• Create and uphold detailed project plans, securing client approval at critical milestones.

• Coordinate efforts among internal and external stakeholders to ensure prompt and precise execution.

• Perform EDI/SFTP file testing for enrollment and funding files, sharing results with vendors, clients, and internal teams.

• Manage bulk HSA transfers and spending account rollovers when applicable.

• Oversee annual renewals for spending account clients.

• Assist in transitions between partner relationships, ensuring continuity and the integrity of data.

• Keep accurate documentation and track project progress across multiple concurrent implementations.

• Deliver proactive communication and status updates to employer clients and internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration, implementation, or a related field is required.

• Strong preference for candidates with experience in EDI file testing and data integration.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.

• Experience with CRM or implementation tracking tools is required.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a customer-first approach.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, remote environment.

• A “no task is too small” attitude, along with a commitment to service excellence and a desire to learn.
