Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete execution of Raintree integrations, encompassing planning, installation, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Set up and enhance Raintree environments to facilitate new integrations and features.

• Manage a large-scale rollout strategy across 120 Raintree environments, ensuring uniformity and minimal disruption.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, operations, clinical teams, vendors) to collect requirements and align solutions.

• Diagnose integration issues and deliver timely resolutions during and following deployment.

• Create and maintain deployment documentation, standard operating procedures, and configuration manuals.

• Offer training and support to end users and internal teams regarding new features and integrations.

• Monitor system performance after deployment and suggest enhancements.

• Ensure adherence to data security, HIPAA, and organizational standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with Raintree Systems (EMR/EHR/PM platform).

• Practical experience in implementing and configuring Raintree integrations (e.g., billing, clearinghouses, APIs, third-party tools).

• Experience in managing multi-site or enterprise-level deployments.

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare workflows, especially in rehab therapy or similar environments.

• Capability to troubleshoot technical issues across integrations, interfaces, and environments.

• Experience in data migration, system configuration, and testing methodologies.

• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.

• Experience in deploying multilocation solutions (preferred).

• Familiarity with HL7, APIs, or other healthcare integration standards (preferred).

• Experience with cloud-based or multi-tenant environments (preferred).

• Background in healthcare IT consulting or EMR implementations (preferred).
