This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Client Engagement: Interact with professionals in Global Trade, Compliance, and Technology at Fortune 500 companies.

• Requirements Assessment: Take part in gathering requirements to develop design specifications and documentation for solutions.

• Process Analysis: Convert client business processes and policies into our tailored solutions.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Management and Engineering, to deliver integrated solutions.

• Project Implementation: Carry out both technical and functional responsibilities on medium to large-scale projects.

• Testing and Training: Create and execute test scripts and cases, and provide training to clients on using the system.

• Problem Resolution: Clarify system issues and solutions to technical personnel while cultivating solutions that address client needs.

• Configuration and Customization: Lead straightforward tasks, including generating simple reports and integrating custom logic with minimal supervision.


⛳️ Requirements

• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of databases, SQL, structured data, XML, and various programming languages.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and written communication abilities for effective and concise information exchange.

• Team Collaboration: Capability to work efficiently within a team setting.

• Self-Management: Competence in concurrently managing multiple projects.

• Initiative: A proactive self-starter with innovative problem-solving abilities and the drive to inspire change.

• Embracing Diversity: Ability to thrive in a diverse workplace and within a global team.

• Preferred Skills/Experience: Familiarity with technologies relevant to this role, including XML, SQL Server, and basic experience with programming languages like C# and/or VB.NET. Skills in optimizing SQL performance, version control using GitHub and Azure DevOps, and foundational knowledge of AWS cloud services. Understanding of web services, FTP, or SFTP, along with experience using Datadog or Kibana for log monitoring.

• Process Evaluation: Experience in process analysis, design, and mapping.

• Testing Expertise: Background in creating and executing test cases and scripts.

• Travel Availability: Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 10%, for client visits, project launches, offsite training, and industry events.

• Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2 years of pertinent work experience.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Global Trade, Supply Chain, Indirect Tax, or Compliance processes, and experience with third-party enterprise trade products (e.g., ONESOURCE Global Trade, Integration Point, Descartes, etc.) is highly desirable.
