Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to grasp their business goals, technical needs, and expected results.

• Partner with account management, sales, and technical support teams to ensure optimal service for client requirements.

• Design and implement tailored plans that cater to each client’s specifications, facilitating effective platform adoption.

• Configure and customize PlexTrac in accordance with client needs and industry standards.

• Provide product training and create supporting documentation to enable clients to use and manage the platform effectively.

• Oversee implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools like Salesforce to maintain project schedules.

• Act as the main technical liaison during implementation, offering proactive communication, regular updates, and guidance to clients and internal teams.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to implementation within the defined scope, escalating complex challenges or out-of-scope requests to the relevant teams as necessary.

• Work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and other internal teams to relay client feedback, support ongoing product enhancements, and ensure successful implementation results.

• Recognize project risks, dependencies, and potential obstacles early, devising strategies to mitigate them and keep implementations on track, minimizing customer impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, professional services, or technical account management within a Security or Cyber SaaS organization.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously, each with distinct timelines and requirements.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with project management or CRM tools such as Salesforce, Jira, or similar platforms.

• Understanding of APIs, web applications, and the integration of software with client systems.

• Experience working with AI and Agents.

• Comfort in leading client-facing calls and delivering presentations.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, especially under deadline pressure.
