📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete onboarding journey for new clients

• Set up and tailor the PatientNow platform to fit customer needs

• Oversee onboarding schedules, key milestones, and deliverables

• Conduct informative and engaging training sessions

• Support customers through the process of change management

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or training positions, ideally within a SaaS environment

• Excellent project management capabilities

• Proven ability to quickly grasp new software

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail

• Experience with CRM, EMR, or practice management software is a plus
