Data Implementation Manager, Life Sciences

📋 Description

• Lead and provide mentorship to a team of Technical Implementation Specialists, offering guidance and best practices for effective customer deployments

• Supervise customer onboarding and technical implementations to ensure a seamless transition and integration of systems

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to establish technical requirements and customize solutions to meet their specific needs

• Design and enhance ETL workflows, utilizing automation and AI agents to guarantee consistent, high-quality, and cost-effective recurring data deliveries

• Manage the integration of customer data into ODAIA’s platform, ensuring precision and performance

• Oversee data ingestion and pipeline configuration to ensure optimal readiness of data for ODAIA's commercial intelligence and AI models

• Employ modern data tools (e.g., PySpark, Snowflake) to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to ETL and system configuration

• Ensure prompt and high-quality data deliveries while upholding data integrity and adherence to industry standards

• Analyze team performance metrics and output KPIs to identify bottlenecks, enhance implementation processes, and boost automation

• Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between customer success, engineering, and product teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams, especially in software implementation, customer onboarding, or data integration

• Strong technical background: proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

• In-depth knowledge of ETL and data integration with large data technologies such as PySpark and Snowflake

• Experience with APIs and integration frameworks for connecting platforms and automating data flows

• Familiarity with industry-specific tools like Veeva Vault, Salesforce, and other CRM or data management platforms

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach, ensuring a smooth experience for clients

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams
