• Lead and guide a team of Technical Implementation Specialists, offering direction and best practices for effective customer deployments.

• Manage customer onboarding and technical implementations, guaranteeing a smooth transition and system integration process.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify technical requirements and customize solutions to meet their needs.

• Design and enhance ETL workflows, utilizing automation and AI agents to ensure consistent, high-quality, and cost-effective data deliveries.

• Oversee the integration of customer data into ODAIA’s platform, ensuring both accuracy and performance.

• Supervise data ingestion and pipeline configuration to ensure optimal data readiness for ODAIA's commercial intelligence and AI models.

• Employ modern data tools (e.g., PySpark, Snowflake) to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to ETL and system configuration.

• Ensure timely and high-quality data deliveries, upholding data integrity and compliance with industry standards.

• Analyze team performance data and output KPIs to identify bottlenecks, enhance implementation processes, and boost automation.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between customer success, engineering, and product teams.

• Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams, especially in software implementation, customer onboarding, or data integration.

• Solid technical foundation: expertise in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).

• Proficient in ETL and data integration with large data technologies such as PySpark and Snowflake.

• Experience with APIs and integration frameworks to link platforms and automate data flows.

• Familiarity with industry-specific tools like Veeva Vault, Salesforce, and other CRM or data management platforms.
