Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• In the role of Implementation Specialist, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to guarantee the successful launch of each new clinic.

• Market Research & Expansion Strategy

• - Investigate and pinpoint high-potential markets for clinic growth.

• - Assess demographics, competition, physician density, payer mix, population growth, traffic patterns, and healthcare demand.

• - Develop business cases and executive recommendations.

• - Keep abreast of industry and market trends to uncover future opportunities.

• Site Selection & Due Diligence

• - Examine commercial properties and existing medical facilities.

• - Analyze lease and acquisition prospects.

• - Coordinate due diligence efforts with internal teams and external partners.

• - Evaluate zoning, accessibility, parking, and regulatory standards.

• - Create executive summaries and site comparison analyses.

• Executive Deal Support

• - Assist executive leadership during acquisitions and commercial negotiations.

• - Organize documentation essential for negotiations.

• - Review commercial contracts and summarize key business terms.

• - Communicate with attorneys, brokers, landlords, consultants, and external stakeholders.

• - Monitor negotiations and ensure timely follow-up on action items.

• Clinic Implementation Once a site is approved, you will oversee implementation by:

• - Creating and managing project timelines.

• - Coordinating contractors, vendors, and suppliers.

• - Assisting with licensing and regulatory processes.

• - Overseeing clinic setup and ensuring operational readiness.

• - Tracking the procurement of furniture, equipment, technology, and fixtures.

• - Collaborating with Operations, HR, Marketing, IT, and Clinical Leadership.

• - Monitoring project milestones and proactively addressing risks.

• Project Management

• - Manage multiple clinic expansion projects concurrently.

• - Maintain project documentation and reporting.

• - Provide regular updates on status to executive leadership.

• - Identify project risks and execute mitigation strategies.

• - Foster accountability across cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution.

• What We're Looking For Required Qualifications

• - A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Commerce, Law, Real Estate, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• - Over 3 years of experience in project management, business operations, implementation, commercial coordination, or a comparable position.

• - Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.

• - Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

• - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• - Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• - Comfortable working during U.S. business hours.
