This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee all elements of the ManageAmerica implementation projects, including project initiation, software configuration, go-live processes, and training, while adhering to project timelines.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients prior to the go-live phase, managing all communications, including weekly check-in meetings via Teams, ad hoc meetings, emails, and more.
• Handle multiple implementation projects simultaneously, each with different priorities and deadlines for various clients.
• Collaborate with clients as a consultative partner to offer insights on optimal configuration practices tailored to their workflows and internal processes.
• Keep project plans, tickets, and other documentation current to ensure that project timelines are on track and visible to leadership.
• Facilitate ongoing training sessions for clients, agencies, and internal staff.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to onboard clients and support the implementation process.
• 1-3 years of experience in software project coordination or implementation in a client-facing or corporate support role.
• Familiarity with remote work technologies, including video conferencing platforms, project management tools, and remote collaboration applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with remote stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently while effectively collaborating with remote teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and possesses the technical aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new systems.
• Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.
