Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery sessions to gain insight into client MAT/OTP workflows, dosing operations, medication management protocols, and clinical documentation requirements.

• Set up Kipu EMR in accordance with documented standards, converting MAT-specific needs into precise system configurations that encompass intake, induction, maintenance, and discharge workflows.

• Assess data inputs for completeness and accuracy prior to import or configuration, which includes patient records, medication protocols, and licensing documentation.

• Conduct live, interactive training sessions designed to enhance client confidence and proficiency in utilizing the EMR for MAT operations, while minimizing disruptions to dosing and daily clinic activities.

• Keep precise project documentation including status updates, next steps, and overall project health.

• Ensure that MAT workflows are properly configured, tested, and fully operational from start to finish before launch, with a focus on dosing, medication tracking, and regulatory documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing position implementing an EMR or healthcare software product, or over 2 years of experience with other SaaS-based software implementations.

• Direct experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, or MAT programs.

• Comprehensive understanding of MAT workflows, including patient screening, intake and induction processes, medication management, and discharge planning.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a comfort level in leading client meetings.

• Capability to manage multiple project timelines effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
