Implementation Specialist

📋 Description

• Take charge of the customer implementation experience: Oversee end-to-end implementation projects for small to mid-sized clients.

• Engage with various stakeholders: Collaborate with firm administrators and key users.

• Facilitate organized onboarding: Conduct kickoff meetings, configuration sessions, and training sessions.

• Offer professional advice: Assist customers with Karbon best practices.

• Guide through change management: Support customers in preparing their teams.

• Ensure data accuracy: Aid customers in importing contacts and work items.

• Identify and address risks: Keep track of project progress.

• Collaborate internally: Work alongside Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams.

• Provide measurable outcomes: Assist customers in achieving early victories and milestones.

• Incorporate AI in daily implementation tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementations.

• Proficient in end-to-end technical implementations.

• Capable of managing multiple customer projects simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities and organization.

• Passionate about customer engagement and confident in leading meetings and training sessions.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Consultative and inquisitive, receptive to feedback, and eager to develop.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Enjoy working with data and systems.

• Adaptable and resilient, thriving in dynamic environments.

• Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively.
