📋 Description

• Configure, train, and implement the Jonas Club software both onsite and remotely, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

• Establish and nurture Client relationships; fostering understanding and motivation through integrity and trust.

• Consult with clients to evaluate their current workflows and identify their needs.

• Assist clients in setting and achieving milestones while continuously monitoring project budgeted hours.

• Discuss requirements and clarify functionality to both technical and non-technical audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or relevant professional experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Exceptional organizational skills and time management.

• Experience in the Club industry is a plus.

• Familiarity with Jonas Club Management Software is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel 50% of the time is required.
