This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Configure and quality assure the products, identifying issues and escalating them as necessary.
• Assist Implementation Managers with User Acceptance Testing alongside customers.
• Maintain and enhance documentation, which includes configuration guides, process workflows, and testing protocols.
• Facilitate internal process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and contributing to workflow advancements.
• Collaborate closely with Implementation, R&D, Support, Solutions Engineering, Training, and Customer Success teams.
• Analyze customer data to provide insights and enhance the speed to value during new customer onboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree in a pertinent field (e.g., Computer Science, Psychology, Biology), or related coursework.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience through internships, research, or roles in technical support, analysis, or configuration.
• Data-driven, detail-oriented, customer-focused, business-minded, and intellectually curious with a technological inclination.
• Skilled in utilizing AI to optimize tasks and enhance output.
• Possess a proactive learning mindset and adaptability to new tools.
• Basic knowledge of software configuration and testing is advantageous.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• A self-starter who actively seeks opportunities to contribute.
• Experience in healthcare or startups is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
