This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.
• Take ownership of the requirements for each onboarding within your portfolio — understand what constitutes “done” and monitor every outstanding item accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams responsible for components of each implementation, ensuring they are accountable for timely deliverables.
• Request, organize, validate, and prepare onboarding files to guarantee prompt and precise delivery.
• Monitor the status of multiple concurrent onboardings and identify any outstanding issues, obstacles, or risks before they escalate into problems.
• Alert your manager to potential risks early, providing the necessary context to take action, and suggest solutions rather than merely presenting the issues.
• Act as a liaison among department stakeholders to maintain alignment on project progress.
• Assist with customer-facing communications for assigned accounts, gradually transitioning to direct ownership as you establish trust and sound judgment.
• Identify challenges in the onboarding process and bring forward insights to enhance procedure efficiency.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in software operations, implementation support, project coordination, or a comparable multi-stakeholder coordination role.
• Ability to manage multiple threads simultaneously — you can oversee various workstreams that rely on others without losing track.
• Driven by process and structure, possessing a reliable method for tracking dependencies and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Highly organized with exceptional written communication abilities.
• Coachable and self-aware — you respond well to guidance, understand the rationale behind systems, and contribute your perspective once you have context.
• Proactive and self-driven, you exemplify positivity and enthusiasm.
• Strong aptitude and eagerness to continuously learn new technologies.
• Flexible in adapting to ever-changing processes, demonstrating strong personal initiative in execution.
• Comfortable supporting US and EMEA time zones.
• Willingness to travel for mandatory quarterly business reviews (QBRs) four times a year and additional travel as necessary.
