This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Execute Appspace Intranet configurations for both new and existing clients, including setup of configurations, content organization, and preparations for go-live.
• Act as the lead implementation resource, establishing clear expectations with internal teams to effectively communicate with customers, overseeing timelines, and ensuring robust communication throughout each engagement.
• Configure and validate Appspace Intranet environments to cater to each customer’s unique structural, design, and content specifications.
• When necessary, conduct customized onboarding sessions and training for customer administrators and content managers, fostering self-sufficiency after launch.
• Implement Appspace Internal Communications features such as news feeds, announcements, targeted content channels, and employee engagement tools.
• Provide guidance on internal communications strategy—assisting in structuring content hierarchies, defining publishing workflows, and effectively reaching the appropriate audiences.
• Support structured migration processes for clients transitioning from Legacy Platforms to the Appspace Intranet platform.
• Maintain a comprehensive migration checklist and sign-off procedure to ensure that every engagement adheres to a consistent quality standard before customer acceptance.
• Practical experience in implementing, configuring, or managing intranet or internal communications platforms (Appspace, Sharepoint, Igloo, SharePoint, or similar).
• Understanding of workplace management solutions—such as space reservation, room/desk booking, digital signage, or similar—with the capability to quickly adapt to implementation delivery.
• Proficiency in platform migrations—transferring content, structure, and permissions from one system to another—with a focus on quality.
• Basic technical knowledge in at least one of the following: C#, cloud service platforms, or NoSQL/document databases, sufficient to investigate issues and convey findings clearly.
• Strong attention to detail with experience conducting structured QA validation of content or system configurations.
• Exceptional communication skills—able to convert technical findings into clear, customer-friendly language.
• Capability to manage multiple implementation projects concurrently with a high level of organization and follow-through.
• Customer-focused mindset with experience in direct client-facing delivery roles.
