Implementation Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Train and assist new clients with the complete range of UpdatePromise products.

• Offer follow-up support to current clients post-onboarding.

• Establish valuable industry connections to maintain existing clients and pinpoint potential ones.

• Travel nationally to oversee accounts and contribute to their success.

• Analyze data and convert it into actionable recommendations for training service personnel.

• Coach and instruct individuals in large group settings.

• Address problems and creatively resolve issues.

• Communicate effectively with all management levels, including C-level executives.

• Operate independently with minimal supervision.

• Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

• Background in a professional in-person customer service role, preferably in account management or implementation.

• Experience with travel related to work.

• Familiarity with software, including troubleshooting, triage, and learning new systems.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on business-level writing.

• Comfort in engaging with all management levels, including C-level executives.

• Capability to coach and train individuals in large groups.

• Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Quick learner who can readily adapt to changes in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong skills in time management and task prioritization.

• Ability to creatively troubleshoot problems and resolve issues.

• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
