Implementation Project Manager – Enterprise Connectivity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee project plans, milestones, deliverables, and action items.

• Facilitate collaboration among clients, engineering, product, carriers, and support teams.

• Conduct project meetings and deliver comprehensive status updates.

• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and modifications.

• Assist with the deployment of devices, SIMs, and connectivity.

• Keep project documentation and implementation records up to date.

• Identify and escalate obstacles while ensuring prompt resolutions.

• Support post-deployment evaluations and follow up with customers.

• Coordinate enterprise IoT, mobile connectivity, and device deployment initiatives.

• Oversee timelines, client communications, project documentation, risks, and coordination among internal technical teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing customer-facing implementation projects.

• Exceptional organizational skills and a strong ability to follow through.

• Proven experience in coordinating technical teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Competence in managing timelines, risks, and client updates.

• Experience in telecom, IoT, or mobility is preferred but not essential.

• Familiarity with SIMs, cellular connectivity, or device provisioning is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience with Azure IoT or AWS IoT is preferred but not required.

• PMP or Scrum certification is preferred but not essential.

• Authorization to work in the United States is a must.

• Availability during Eastern Time business hours is required.
