Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Act as the main project manager for clients while overseeing multiple, concurrent implementations of SwiftConnect products.

• Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their requirements and objectives, ensuring they receive unparalleled support and satisfaction throughout their customer journey.

• Work alongside clients and internal teams to outline project goals and scope.

• Manage a variety of customer projects from initiation to launch, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within scope, and budget.

• Supervise the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closure.

• Maintain precise and current customer records in our Project Management and CRM systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software implementation project management within the software-as-a-service sector.

• Familiarity with Access Control Systems or related technologies in the access control industry.

• Proven ability to rapidly gain a comprehensive understanding of enterprise products and services.

• A successful history of deploying enterprise-level customer projects.

• Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to create and execute project plans, track project progress, and manage several customer implementation projects concurrently.

• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers, stakeholders, and team members.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying and addressing risks and issues.

• Capable of working independently and within a team, taking initiative, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

• Ability to comprehend technical concepts and convey them in simple terms to customers.

• High attention to detail and thoroughness in work.

• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and project management software.

• Eagerness to learn new skills and utilize new tools.
