This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Introduce products and establish expectations regarding timeline, billing, and dealer involvement.
• Clearly and concisely communicate with dealers to verify product details.
• Hold customers and internal team members accountable to the established timeline.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly MRR activation targets.
• Work alongside Account Management and Save teams to reduce churn.
• Quickly identify and report any obstacles that could delay the launch.
• Provide best practice insights on our products relevant to the customer’s purchase.
• Assist in the creation of process templates.
• Deliver status updates on deployment progress to key stakeholders.
• Ensure that all communication and progress are accurately logged in Salesforce.
• Address customer issues during deployment as required.
• Keep all internal team members assigned to accounts informed about the status.
• Facilitate a smooth handoff to team members who will maintain the relationship post-adoption.
• Other duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 3 years of high-level automotive experience is preferred.
• Adequate knowledge of products and industry standards.
• Strong skills in problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Competency in computer applications and software.
• Proficient in Salesforce.
• A desire to enhance skill sets through ongoing education and training.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
