This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee multiple implementation projects concurrently, from initiation to completion, ensuring all deadlines are met and budgets adhered to.
• Manage comprehensive technical projects that necessitate cross-functional collaboration and execution for both new and existing clients.
• Ensure high-quality project delivery and foster long-term client satisfaction by creating detailed project plans, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and conducting post-project evaluations.
• Coordinate both internal and client-facing resources to align project outcomes with client business objectives and Intellum's company goals.
• Exhibit robust platform expertise and assist clients in making informed technical choices, including integrations, user management, and data architecture.
• Convert technical and business specifications into scalable solutions that reflect client objectives and product capabilities.
• Recognize potential project and technical risks early on and proactively formulate mitigation strategies.
• Provide feedback from project evaluations to enhance team workflows and implementation practices.
• Document and disseminate best practices, templates, and reusable resources to ensure consistent delivery excellence.
• Uphold operational discipline by maintaining precise documentation and adhering to established procedures.
• Deliver an outstanding client experience throughout implementation and technical projects, balancing technical precision with relationship-building and long-term retention.
• Align project milestones with measurable client business outcomes and adoption targets.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to facilitate a seamless transition from implementation to continuous Customer Success management.
• Identify opportunities to boost client adoption and highlight potential expansion avenues to relevant internal stakeholders.
• Manage all project-related communication, ensuring internal and external stakeholders remain informed, aligned, and engaged.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with clients and internal teams through transparency, consistency, and responsiveness.
• Set expectations, escalate risks as necessary, and drive accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Over 5 years of pertinent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS implementation, preferably at the enterprise level.
• Strong preference for experience with HR, Education, or similar systems.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and overseeing high-stakes, high-visibility projects.
• Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Salesforce, Harvest, or other project/resource management systems.
• Strong grasp of platform architecture, integration best practices, implementation methodologies, and project management techniques.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead without direct authority.
