This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Act as a functional and domain authority on ServiceChannel, possessing a deep understanding of facilities management, maintenance operations, and multi-site service delivery.
• Facilitate customer discovery sessions to grasp facilities workflows, service models, vendor frameworks, and operational limitations.
• Convert facilities and maintenance needs into comprehensive project plans that align with scope, budget, and delivery schedules.
• Assist customers through configuration, training, testing, and go-live phases, emphasizing real-world operational adoption.
• Clearly articulate technical and functional concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including facilities and operations leaders.
• Foster strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Global teams) and provide leadership in delivery.
• Offer comprehensive client support, including configuration suggestions, platform training, and integration assistance.
• Diagnose intricate functional and technical challenges related to facilities workflows, vendors, and service execution.
• Oversee customer and internal resources to achieve milestones and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
• Engage in cross-functional projects to champion facilities-driven customer requirements and continually enhance the client experience.
• Guide junior project managers on implementation methodologies, facilities best practices, and customer engagement strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years managing enterprise software implementations (CRM, EAM, FM, or similar platforms) is essential.
• Strong comprehension of Service Delivery environments is necessary.
• Proven track record of managing all phases of the enterprise implementation lifecycle is required.
• Demonstrated capability to execute complex, multi-stakeholder implementations for enterprise clients.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a knack for independently resolving customer challenges.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects, priorities, and budgets effectively.
• Capability to mentor and support fellow project managers is needed.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% is required.
