Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of customer onboarding projects to ensure successful results.

• Coordinate internal stakeholders and manage external client expectations regarding project timelines.

• Maintain and monitor all projects and documentation; guarantee effective and consistent communication of status to clients and Cordial Teams.

• Create and disseminate best practices with clients.

• Ensure timely platform rollouts that align with customer initiative requirements.

• Cultivate relationships with key customer contacts to promote high satisfaction levels.

• Collaborate across various functions with Product, Client Success, Strategy, Support, and Sales teams.

• Document and archive completed project work for accessibility and success tracking.

• Assist clients in activating AI-driven capabilities during the onboarding process.

• Utilize AI tools for effective project monitoring and communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• At least 5 years of experience in project management within a professional services context.

• Strong proficiency in project management principles.

• Willingness to become an expert in Cordial’s technology.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JavaScript Tag, Dynamic Scripting for Email/SMS/Push, and UI.

• Interest in AI and its impact on marketing technology.

• Ability to navigate challenging or unforeseen issues effectively.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
