Implementation Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide a variety of moderately complex to complex solutions.

• Oversee the complete delivery of Roadrunner implementation projects.

• Assess project quality, financial aspects, risks, and overall delivery effectiveness.

• Ensure that programs are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.

• Actively identify and address project risks.

• Manage project timelines across several simultaneous engagements.

• Effectively communicate with executive stakeholders, including C-level executives.

• Promote product adoption by aligning implementations with business objectives and innovative strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams located in various geographical areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting with a proven history of managing intricate enterprise deals or implementations from start to finish.

• Comfortable interacting with both technical teams and executive stakeholders, including CIOs, RevOps leaders, and CAOs.

• Practical experience with CPQ and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CPQ, HubSpot), along with a robust understanding of enterprise quoting, pricing, and approval processes.

• Familiarity with ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and their integration within the broader revenue stack, including order management, billing, and revenue recognition.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering quote-to-cash programs.

• Excellent communication skills - capable of translating intricate technical concepts into understandable narratives for business audiences and vice versa.

• Willingness to spend time in San Francisco during onboarding and travel as necessary.
