This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead product training and support for go-live: Take a vital role in implementation projects by overseeing product-related training and aiding in go-live stabilization through collaboration with customer administrators and radiologists.
• Cultivate product expertise: Acquire profound functional knowledge of a specific Rad AI product, clearly articulating its essential features, workflows, and integrations.
• Comprehend core product workflows: Attain a thorough understanding of fundamental product workflows and provide recommendations for best practices.
• Stay updated on features and integrations: Remain informed about new features, tools, and integrations available, sharing that knowledge with relevant members of the Implementation team.
• Develop training materials: Assist in the creation of training resources as necessary.
• Enhance team communication: Promote effective communication between the implementation team and product/engineering/technical support teams.
• Oversee vendor tasks and escalations: Help monitor tasks and communications related to third-party vendors, escalate issues when necessary, and document vendor interactions.
• Address product inquiries: Respond to product-related questions from customers and internal stakeholders as required.
• Propel project success: Contribute to project success through meticulous execution of product-related training, understanding internal processes, and effective communication within the team.
• Serve as a radiology workflow consultant: Act as a trusted advisor to clinical and operational stakeholders, translating customer-specific radiology workflows into optimized product configurations and adoption strategies beyond mere training delivery.
• Conduct workflow discovery and gap analysis: Lead structured assessments before and after go-live with radiologists, department leaders, and IT stakeholders to identify pain points, configuration requirements, and adoption risks.
• Support pre-sales activities: Collaborate with Sales to provide product and workflow insights during demonstrations and scoping discussions, helping to convert prospect needs into implementation requirements.
• Communicate proficiently: Exhibit strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Minimum of 4+ years of relevant customer-facing experience, focusing on product expertise and/or industry knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities, deliver results on schedule, and develop necessary documentation.
• Exceptional people/relationship management, coaching, and communication abilities with the capability to facilitate engaging and effective customer training.
• Practical knowledge of SaaS solutions, implementations, and technical concepts.
• A desire for continuous learning, adaptability, improvement, and assisting others in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to build and sustain relationships across all functions and areas of the company to collaboratively address challenges and celebrate successes while working towards shared goals.
• Prior hands-on experience in a radiology or imaging setting, including direct familiarity with radiologist reporting workflows, PACS, and/or dictation systems.
• Ability to engage clinical stakeholders, including radiologists and department leads, with credibility, adjusting communication style for both technical and non-technical audiences.
