This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will oversee and manage the execution of plan onboarding activities, collaborating with third-party providers to address specific client requirements, primarily in the Group Plan sector (e.g., PEPs and MEPs).
• You will work with external clients and internal teams to create and implement effective timelines for onboarding through both proactive and reactive engagement.
• You will establish, enhance, and sustain strong relationships with client contacts, ensuring that overall service requirements and expectations are fulfilled.
• You will act as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders on intricate implementation solutions that fulfill client needs and drive desired business results.
• You will design, uphold, and implement complex onboarding activities that cater to client service requirements while also supporting business objectives, profitability, and client retention within the retirement services sector.
• You will identify, propose, and advocate for process enhancements and organizational initiatives to positively impact team performance and quality.
• A 4-Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (4 years of experience in place of a Bachelor's degree).
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in the implementation/relationship management and onboarding of retirement plans that align directly with the specific duties of this role.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, including through presentations.
• Demonstrated competencies in project management, organization, negotiation, persuasion, presentation, and problem-solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
